- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services (Firms Selection) for Supporting ICPAC in the development of a Multi-Pest Data Collection, Monitoring, and Reporting Software and Systems 8. Further information can be obtained at the address below from 0900 to 1400 hours East African Time (EAT) from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. 9.
